To monitor and assess Schemes on behalf of the Heritage Lottery Fund.

Details

Thirlwall Associates Director Claire Thirlwall was appointed in 2005 as an Expert Adviser for Landscape and Biodiversity for the Heritage Lottery Fund.  Claire works closely with HLF staff and applicants to monitor projects, resolve project difficulties and to ensure the delivery of high quality schemes.

Thirlwall Associates has been appointed to work on projects under the Landscape Partnership, Heritage Grant and Parks for People programmes.

Work includes

• supporting applicants through the Development Stage of their bid
• assessing bids on behalf of HLF at Round One and Round Two
• working with applicants from project start up through to final evaluation
